Refunds/Returns Policy
This policy outlines when refunds or returns may be considered.
- Equipment Rentals
- Refunds for rental equipment are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds may be considered if:
- Equipment is unavailable after payment
- Mumukha Snack Bar cancels the booking
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on short notice or after delivery/setup has occurred.
- Consumables
Due to the nature of consumables:
- No refunds or returns are accepted once consumables have been delivered or collected.
- Refunds will only be considered if items are defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Payment Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via PayFast to the original payment method.
- Processing times are subject to PayFast and banking timelines.
- Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
- Refund Requests
All refund or return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or collection, with proof of purchase.
