Certain items may be available for collection by arrangement.

  1. Delivery Fees
  • Delivery is charged at R10 per kilometre per trip, with a minimum delivery fee of R200.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order type.
  1. Delivery Areas
  • Delivery is available within approved coverage areas.
  • Orders outside standard areas may require special arrangements or additional fees.
  1. Delivery Timeframes
  • Estimated delivery times (ETA) will be communicated once an order is confirmed.
  • Same-day or urgent deliveries are subject to availability.
  1. Responsibility Upon Delivery
  • Customers are required to inspect items upon delivery.
  • Any issues must be reported immediately or within 24 hours.

Mumukha is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
