Refunds/Returns Policy

This policy outlines when refunds or returns may be considered.

  1. Equipment Rentals
  • Refunds for rental equipment are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds may be considered if:
    • Equipment is unavailable after payment
    • Mumukha Snack Bar cancels the booking
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on short notice or after delivery/setup has occurred.
  1. Consumables

Due to the nature of consumables:

  • No refunds or returns are accepted once consumables have been delivered or collected.
  • Refunds will only be considered if items are defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  1. Payment Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed via PayFast to the original payment method.
  • Processing times are subject to PayFast and banking timelines.
  1. Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

  1. Refund Requests

All refund or return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or collection, with proof of purchase.
