Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Mumukha’s e-store and the purchase or rental of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. About Us

Mumukha Snack Bar provides:

  • Equipment rentals:
    Soft Serve Machine, Double Barrel Slushy Machine, Single Barrel Slushy Machine, Popcorn Machine, Cotton Candy Machine, Waffle on a Stick Machine.
  • Consumables:
    Slushies, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Waffle on a Stick, Soft serve Ice Cream.
  1. Orders
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Rental bookings are only confirmed once payment and availability are verified.
  1. Pricing & Payments
  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Mumukha is not VAT registered; VAT is not charged.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayFast.
  • Full payment is required before delivery or collection.
  1. Equipment Rentals
  • Rental equipment remains the property of Mumukha at all times.
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • Proper use of the equipment
    • Loss, theft, or damage during the rental period
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding fair wear and tear.
  • Mumukha reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs where damage or misuse occurs.
  1. Consumables
  • Consumables are supplied for immediate use.
  • Once delivered or collected, consumables are deemed accepted unless defective.
  1. Cancellations
  • Rental cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period and preparation already completed.
  • Same-day cancellations may not be refundable.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Mumukha Snack Bar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment or consumables.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
